  1. Hello! I’m sorry I completely missed your comment until just now. 🙈 you’ve maybe already found your answer! But just in case…

My tutorial above that uses 2 charm packs isn’t queen sized but if you double the number of blocks you make, by using 4 charm packs or a layer cake with the same number of white 5″ background squares, you should get a queen sized quilt. My tutorial used 84 charm squares & 84 white squares and makes 42 blocks which I’ve laid into a 6×7 grid. Each block is 8″ finished. So, if you instead use 160 charm squares and 160 white squares, make 80 blocks like the tutorial, and then lay the blocks out in a 8 x 10 grid, it should finish at 64″x 80″. That sits on top of the queen mattress. For overhang over your queen sized bed you should add some big borders, a white inner and printed outer border looks nice, 12-16″ all round is a good size I think for overhang. Hope that’s clear! The tutorial is here: https://cuckooblue.co.uk/2014/09/09/jewel-box-quilt-in-tapestry-fabrics-from-2-charm/
